This project involves the design of two buildings in Agios Ioannis, Corfu: a two-story retail space with a basement and a single-story office building with a basement. The architectural approach balances modern and traditional elements through clean geometric forms, natural materials, and functional design. Stone facades, large windows, and metal pergolas enhance aesthetics while ensuring energy efficiency and harmony with the landscape. Thoughtful integration of accessibility features, landscaped areas, and parking further supports usability. Despite their distinct characters, the two buildings are unified by simplicity, timelessness, and a seamless connection to their natural surroundings.
